Cancel a booking

This translation is provided for convenience. The Hebrew version of this document is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew text prevails.

Here you can give notice of cancellation or request a change of date for a makeup service that was booked. The notice is saved by the website's forms service together with the time of sending, and Noam sends an acknowledgement of receipt promptly.

The notice is valid from the time it is given, even before a reply has been received. Cancellation and refund rights are determined by law and by what was stated in the booking confirmation, as set out in the terms of service.

What are you requesting

Preferably the number used to make the booking, so that it can be located.

If you are requesting a special right of cancellation that depends on the circumstances, you can state them here. There is no need to attach a copy of an identity card or any medical information.

Giving the notice through the form is your choice. A cancellation notice is also valid when given in another way from those listed below, with your name and ID number. Without a name and phone number the form cannot be sent. The notice is given to Noam Markovich (by.noam.markovich@gmail.com). The details and the time of sending are stored in the Netlify forms service, a hosting provider from the United States, and a copy is sent to Noam's Gmail mailbox (a Google service). They are used to handle the request, to record when it was given and to clarify rights relating to it. Sending through the form is consent to this storage. You can inspect the information and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. More in the privacy policy.

Other ways to give notice of cancellation

The notice should state your name and ID number. To help locate the booking quickly, you may also state the date of the service or another detail about the booking.
